Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ Applicants have to be fluent in English speaking and be able to work at night shift. Follow communication "Script" while handling different topics.
∎ Receiving customers' enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ During each call, follow the "sales scripts" to address different topics.
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
∎ APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILL IN ENGLISH. THIS IS A NIGHT-TIME POSITION and you will be expected to work overnight hours to work with clients from Western countries.
