∎ Education qualification really doesn't matter if you know how to hold a conversation in English
∎ Professional Certification: IELTS
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Sales courses
∎ Independent University, Bangladesh,East West University,BRAC University,United International University,University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Customer Service, Sales Marketing, Telemarketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Service, Call Center, call center training, Sales Marketing, Tele Marketing, telesales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Telecommunication
Job Context:
∎ APPLY ONLY IF YOU CAN WORK AT NIGHT SHIFTS (8 PM - 5 AM)
∎ FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST!!!!!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend large amounts of outbound calls to USA/Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ Conducting the calls by following "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customers enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Punctuality is a must
∎ Working Hours - (8 PM- 5 AM)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Service, Sales Marketing, teamwork, Telemarketing, telesales
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
