Job Context:
∎ ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN WORK AT NIGHT SHIFTS (9 PM - 6 AM) (MON-SAT)
∎ FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST!!!!!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making outbound calls to the United States and Canada for both B2B and B2C customers and setting up appointments.
∎ During each call, follow the "sales scripts" to address different topics.
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
∎ Ask pertinent questions to understand customers' requirements.
∎ Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
∎ Responding to customers' inquiries regarding products and services and selling them over the telephone following the company's instructions.
∎ Maintain comprehensive records of all call center conversations in our call center database.
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Go the "extra mile" to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
∎ Punctuality is a must.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Selected Applicants will be on a minimum of six months' probation.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Over time allowance, Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ In addition to the hourly salary, attendance bonuses of 2000/- BDT; Food and transportation allowances of 3000/- BDT will be provided.
∎ Highly attractive Sales Bonus.
∎ Candidates with experience may advance to Team Lead or Operations Lead roles.
