Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Interact with and motivate employees to maintain a positive relationship.
∎ Inspect and take ownership of operational floors.
∎ Coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and works as a cross-functional team member.
∎ Manage and lead a specific team of Sales specialists.
∎ Continuous follow-up on team member's performance and address any discrepancy at the earliest.
∎ Be a leader and mentor to the Tele Sales Specialists (including performance reviews, orientation, guidance, quality concerns, etc.) to perform at their best potential.
∎ Foster an environment that ensures zero tolerance toward harassment of any kind.
∎ Improve the efficiency of existing organizational processes.
