Job Context:
∎ ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN WORK NIGHT SHIFTS FROM (9 PM - 6 AM) (MON-FRI)
∎ FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST!!!!!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate transfers/schedule appointments with potential (US/ CANADA) customers over the phone.
∎ Ask pertinent questions to understand customers' requirements.
∎ Persuade the customer to schedule an appointment by demonstrating how our services meet their needs.
∎ Maintain comprehensive records of all call center conversations in our call center database.
∎ Meet personal/team targets.
∎ Go the "extra mile" to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Selected Applicants will be on a minimum of six months' probation.
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O-level, A-level, or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker).
∎ Willing to work night shifts to match business hours in the USA & CANADA (Bangladesh Standard time 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
∎ Self-motivated and independent worker, with excellent multitasking abilities.
∎ Professional, courteous demeanor and possess knowledge of proper phone etiquette.
∎ Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and SIP phones.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ In addition to the hourly salary, an attendance bonus of 2000/- BDT; Food and transportation allowances of 3000/- BDT will be provided.
Sales Bonus on verified leads (One can earn up to 20k+ as a sales bonus).
Candidates with experience may advance to Team Lead or Operations Lead roles.
