Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Gather, organize, and analyse data to support decision-making and ongoing projects.
∎ Assist with various administrative duties such as maintaining records, managing files, and handling correspondence.
∎ Support in preparing and maintaining various reports, presentations, and project documentation.
∎ Conduct research on relevant topics to provide insights, recommendations, and improvements for processes and procedures.
∎ Provide assistance on specific projects, ensuring deliverables are met within the stipulated time frame.
∎ Facilitate communication within the team and across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations during task execution.
∎ Actively participate in training sessions, awareness programs, and team meetings to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
