∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Educational qualification is flexible for experienced person in automobile sector.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Team Leader to supervises all vehicle deliveries, ensuring that each customer is informed of the vehicle's warranty details, maintenance requirements, and features, particularly those related to safety.
∎ Introduces customers to service and parts personnel, indicating showroom/service center location and hours of operation.
∎ Strives for high ranking on marketing survice, monitors results frequently through phone calls, e-mail and companies' social media platform.
∎ Follows up with all sales and warranty customers within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinates special dealership events, promotions, and seminars.
∎ Implements customer satisfaction programs.
∎ Acts as a contact person for any regular and special projects.
∎ Assists service customers during the morning service rush, when possible.
∎ Assist sales team to generate potential sales lead.
∎ Maintains a professional appearance.
∎ Other tasks as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in written and spoken English.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 5000 (Monthly)
∎ After 3 months intern period, there is a possibility to become the regular employee.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Provident fund, Gratuity, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ All other benefits like; PF, GF, Overtime, festival bonus etc. is only applicable for regular employees.
