∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking
∎ Educational qualification is flexible for experienced person in automobile sector.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Introduces customers to service and parts personnel, indicating shop location and hours of operation.
∎ Strives for high ranking on manufacturer surveys, monitors results frequently through phone calls, e-mail and companies' social media platform.
∎ Ensure healthy client communication.
∎ Implements customer satisfaction programs.
∎ Acts as a contact person for any regular and special projects.
∎ Assists service customers during the morning service rush, when possible.
∎ Maintains a professional appearance.
∎ Other tasks as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in written and spoken English.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 5000 (Monthly)
∎ After 3 months intern period, there is a possibility to become the regular employee.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Provident fund, Gratuity, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Other benefits will be active after becoming a regular employees.
