Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ Bachelor of Architecture from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Client handling & Managing the Store
∎ Creating concept as per client's requirements.
∎ Close deals on client's budget & design specification.
∎ Create furniture & interior layouts.
∎ Preparing presentations & look book.
∎ Meeting Sales Goals.
∎ Managing and developing projects from concept stages till final installation.
∎ Selection of furniture, accessories and finishing with client's consent.
∎ Project drawings - AutoCAD/Photoshop/Google Sketch up/3Ds Max
∎ Site visit / Monitoring the progress at ongoing project site.
∎ Coordinate with vendors for Material & timely delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 year(s) experience in Residential Interior Design & Modular Kitchen Design.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Should have experienced in Modular Kitchen Design
∎ Excellent knowledge of Auto CAD, Google Sketch up, MS Office. 3Ds Max would be an added advantage.
∎ Strong understanding & demonstrated aptitude of design principles.
∎ Strong verbal & written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively & efficiently.
∎ Should have extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality.
∎ Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Salary: Negotiable
