∎ Texmart Trading Company Ltd. (concern of Giant Group) is one of the leading fashion brand retailer in Bangladesh with brand like Texmart, Occult, and Rave for Men`s and Womens,having retail shop locations in Dhaka and other Cities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for designing and complete project management from start to finish for new retail shop of fashion brand and also renovating existing shops.
∎ Must be able to do detail costing of material and labor charges of the project based on design.
∎ Must be able to manage and supervise a team of contractors and workers such as Carpenters, Painters, Raj Mistry and metal engineering workshop to implement and execute final design on target time.
∎ Should be able to design and present design in Auto CAD and 3D drawing software.
∎ Take full responsibilities of overall maintenance and update of all light fixtures and lights, furniture fixture and other interior installments in existing shops and company premises.
∎ Work closely with the sales and operation team to enable proper implementation of various campaign and shops through visual merchandising plan and display techniques with the help of 3D and Illustration software.
∎ Keep proper report and register of all furniture and light fixtures of the company.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and finish work with in deadline.
∎ Other work as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Strong Knowledge in interior Design
∎ Strong Knowledge in interior design and construction materials & measurement.
∎ Excellent communication skills with sense in colors and visualizations.
∎ Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills
∎ Ability to work after regular office hours on project site.
Salary: Negotiable
