Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Civil engineering / Interior Design.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to prepare creative Layout Plan, Furniture Layout by Auto CAD and 3D designs by Sketch up, 3D MAX, Vary and Photoshop etc.
∎ Drawing preparing as per the requirement with project visit.
∎ Meet clients to present proposed designs.
∎ Have to be resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Have to good knowledge of wastage control project & production.
∎ To complete project in time co-ordination & follow-up
∎ Make sure handover project quality & client satisfaction
∎ Project Pre-cost budget & actual report
∎ Candidates have to maintain project report (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
∎ Must be punctual in discharging duties and responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Brilliant communication skill with local clients and abroad.
∎ 2-4 year(s) working experience.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Furniture Manufacturer, Group of Company.

Salary: Negotiable
