∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: 3D Max, Auto CAD 2D 3D, SketchUp
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding of the Design requirement of a Client
∎ Liaise with the Client and the Engineer all aspects of Project Controls and parameters.
∎ Coordinate with Structural and MEP consultant / Vendor
∎ Identify the key features, designing risk and opportunities of the project and integrate it in to design
∎ Manage and perform an integrated design team including program scheduling, project analysis
∎ Preparation of concept design, schematic design, detailed design and development.
∎ Preparation of presentation drawings for client with 3d views and animation in Sketchup and Lumion
∎ Must be proficient in hand-sketch, 2D and 3D drawings and modellings
∎ Time management is a must and committed to Deadlines
∎ Preparation of Architectural Design and Drawings
∎ Preparation of synchronize drawings with inputs of Structural and MEP consultant/Vendor
∎ Preparation and update the modifications of Architectural Drawings
∎ Preparation of Architectural / ID Working Drawings and Details send it to the site for construction.
∎ Landscape Design and Drawings.
∎ Distribute and perform overall supervision of the construction of various Architectural and Interior Design Projects
∎ Site Supervision.

∎ Age 29 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Communicational and organizational skills High professional quality and proficiency at work Expert in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Lumion, 3D Max, and Revit Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, Time management and Commitment to the work and submission date
