∎ Diploma in Architechture
∎ Skills Required: 3dStudioMax,Auto Cad,Interior Design

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Max, Architecture, Auto Cad, Auto CAD Designing, Interior Design, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Client meeting presentation, understanding Client needs and Develop Design Concept for the Company and Clients.
∎ Prepare Interior/Architecture Design concept, plan, elevation, detailed working drawing, 3D Visualization and Cost Estimation.
∎ Able to make quotation, models, complete construction documents, assist building plan and material presentation.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Design & Drawing.
∎ Have to resourceful and creative problem solver.
∎ Candidate must need to visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: 3dStudioMax,Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Photoshop,Architecture,Autocad,MICROSOFT OFFICE,
∎ Software skill in Sketch up will be taken as a extra point.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary given by the 5th of the month.
