Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Interior Design

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Interior/Architectural Design Concept, plan, elevation, Detail Working drawing, 3D Visualization.
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work
∎ Project site visit and supervision.
∎ Coordinate with P&C and SCM for shop drawings and arrange to deliver them to projects on time.
∎ Any other task while assign by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior and Exterior Design.
∎ Must need to have the knowledge of Auto CAD, 2D, 3D Max with V-Ray Render & related graphical software.
∎ The designer must have strong capability on Residence, Office, Retail Shop, Hotel & Restaurant, Stall and Stage Design.
∎ Must have proper knowledge on interior materials.
∎ Must have ability to provide solution on the constraints of space and bugged.

Salary: Negotiable
