∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)/Diploma in Architecture (for highly experienced candidate)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Amusement Park
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consulting with Management & Architect on the preliminary design concept to finalize the layout plan, external elevation, type & style.
∎ Prepare preliminary drawing under the guidelines of the Management, Architect & Director construction.
∎ Develop design according to the requirements and concept.
∎ Prepare full working drawing set for vendors.
∎ Visit sites and supervise activities to ensure compliance with drawings/specification.
∎ Revise plan during construction, if any modification required.
∎ Prepare detail drawing decorative features for site.
∎ Prepare design specification, finish schedule, door and window detail, material, costs and construction schedule. (As per requirements from the Management).
∎ Liaison with Architect, Director Construction& check the drawing and forwarded for construction.
∎ Should involve in design development, working drawings and presentation drawings.
∎ Close contact with execution or concern site in charge to ensure proper execution.
∎ Preparing all type of reports concerning design section.
∎ Provide necessary support to ensure sample collection and delivery.
∎ Take sample approval from Management, along with purchase team.
∎ Top supervision of all concerns projects.
∎ Monitor weekly action plan/checklist & Update weekly project progress report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Revit, 3D Studio MAX with VRay Render, Auto CAD 2D 3D, LUMION, Sketch Up
Salary: Negotiable
