Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects. This includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections and RCPs.
∎ This person will oversee all design phases. Specifically, the production of space plans, furniture layouts, conceptual design, design development, detailed design in addition to the preparation of a detailed schedule, specification of works, and lastly all other construction-related documentation.
∎ Visit sites on behalf of the company and identify the possible work area.
∎ Liaison with Architect, Director Construction & check the drawing and forwarded for construction.
∎ To maintain an ideal communication between the client and professional services team including scheme designers, space planners, cost consultants, and MEP consultants. You will also ensure full compliance with all necessary statutory legislation, building regulations, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of technical design, ideally for renovation, refurbishment and remodeling projects.
∎ Experienced in managing large-scale design / space planning projects (Project Management Skills).
∎ Ability to produce creative and technically sound interior architectural schemes.
∎ Experience of producing detailed specification of works.
∎ Experience of advising on property related space management initiatives.
∎ Expert ability in general project management software packages.
∎ Knowledge at an extensive level for FF&E products.
∎ Ability and experience of communicating at a senior level with key decision makers.
∎ Expert knowledge of building regulations and other statutory requirements pertinent to interior construction projects.
∎ Expert understanding of AutoCAD and/or other industry standard ICT design and planning support packages.
∎ Desirable of experience of using 'Sketch Up', 'InDesign', 'Photoshop' and 3D design package.

Salary: Negotiable
