Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in preparing detailed measurements, working drawings, and interior design layouts.
∎ Support the development of SketchUp models,3Ds Max, sections, elevations, AutoCAD presentations (drafting), 2D preparations, and 3D visualizations based on project requirements.
∎ Help in the preparation of drawings for submission to relevant authorities for approval.
∎ Maintain organized records of the project.
∎ Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and specifications according to design drawings.
∎ Provide support and coordination with clients, project supervisors, engineers, and team members.
∎ Communicate with corporate clients to understand their objectives and requirements for the structures.
∎ Gain knowledge in aesthetics and design principles.
∎ Learn about various interior materials and their applications.
∎ Participate in project site visits to understand execution processes and ensure adherence to architectural plans.
∎ Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.
