Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Interior Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture, Diploma in Architecture in Interior Design
∎ Diploma in Architecture with excellent proficiency in 3ds Max and Sketchup can apply for the post.
∎ Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3D Animation, Interior Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solid high end interiors experience
∎ Fluency in AutoCad, 3ds Max,
∎ Fluency in SketchUp
∎ Fluency in Photoshop
∎ Ability to understand and extrapolate an interiors brief
∎ Ability to work on own initiative and work well within a small team
∎ Ability o take responsibility for own work and deliver to tight deadlines

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have:
∎ Solid knowledge of specialized software (3D Max Studio, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe suit etc.);
∎ AutoCAD/Revit knowledge (would be a big plus);
∎ Strong communication skills;
∎ Great interpersonal skills (team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn,
∎ proactivity) and creativity;
∎ Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
