∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Bachelor of Interior architecture or Any kind of Diploma in Interior Design.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Architectural and Interior Design Concept , Plan , Elevation and Section , with details working drawing .
∎ Ensuring that all works are carried out to specific standards , building codes , guidelines and regulation.
∎ Excellent graphical representation skill.
∎ Innovative and skilled in design development.
∎ Take the "brief" to identify clients needs and put together flexibility reports and design proposals.
∎ Develop ideas keeping in mind clients needs , building usage and environmental impact.
∎ Should be skilled in Auto Cad 2D , 3Ds Max or sketch up, V-ray , Lumion , Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint.
∎ To implement other architectural related work as per the decision of Management.
∎ Moreover, the employee having the ability to make faster and more flexible decisions might be prioritized.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent technical drawing skills.
∎ Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
∎ Strong creative and visualization skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to understand the desired outcome of a project when meeting with clients and the ability to bring them to life.
