Responsibilities & Context:
Lesson Delivery & Classroom Management
Conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum
Promote development in speaking, listening, reading, writing, phonics, and vocabulary
Use interactive teaching tools, including flashcards, gamification, storytelling, and role-play
Facilitate group projects, discussions, and hands-on activities
Ensure a safe, inclusive, child-friendly classroom environment
Student Progress & Engagement
Track student progress through assessments and observation
Provide supportive and personalised feedback
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development
Collaboration & Innovation
Collaborate with fellow instructors for lesson planning
Participate in trainings, workshops, and academic events
Contribute innovative ideas to improve teaching quality and student engagement
