Responsibilities & Context:
Lesson Delivery & Classroom Management
Conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons following the Cambridge curriculum
Promote English language development in the areas of speaking, listening, reading, writing, phonics, and vocabulary
Integrate play-based and interactive teaching tools such as flashcards, gamification, storytelling, and role-play to support learning outcomes
Facilitate learning through group projects, discussions, and hands-on activities
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and student-friendly classroom environment that encourages confidence and participation
Student Progress & Engagement
Observe and track student progress through regular assessments and classroom observation
Provide personalised feedback and learning support to students based on individual needs
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development and classroom updates
Collaboration & Innovation
Collaborate with fellow instructors for lesson planning and resource development
Contribute to academic and co-curricular initiatives, workshops, and school events
Actively participate in internal training, peer reviews, and continuous professional development
Introduce innovative methods and tools to enhance classroom engagement and student learning
