• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
• Master of Arts (MA) in English

• Professional certification in ELT (CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) is a strong advantage

Lesson Delivery & Classroom Management

• Conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons following the Cambridge curriculum

• Promote English language development in the areas of speaking, listening, reading, writing, phonics, and vocabulary

• Integrate play-based and interactive teaching tools such as flashcards, gamification, storytelling, and role-play to support learning outcomes

• Facilitate learning through group projects, discussions, and hands-on activities

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and student-friendly classroom environment that encourages confidence and participation

Student Progress & Engagement

• Observe and track student progress through regular assessments and classroom observation

• Provide personalised feedback and learning support to students based on individual needs

• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student development and classroom updates

Collaboration & Innovation

• Collaborate with fellow instructors for lesson planning and resource development

• Contribute to academic and co-curricular initiatives, workshops, and school events

• Actively participate in internal training, peer reviews, and continuous professional development

• Introduce innovative methods and tools to enhance classroom engagement and student learning
