Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure efficient patient admissions, transfers and discharges.
∎ Monitor and optimize patient room assignments and bed utilization for effective patient care.
∎ Address patients' needs and requests promptly and compassionately to enhance their experience.
∎ Supervise nursing aides, patient care assistants and support staff, providing guidance and training.
∎ Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, safety standards and infection control practices.
∎ Serve as a central point of contact for communication among patients, families, medical teams and other departments.
