Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day to day operational activities of show room.
∎ Ensures sales as per plan.
∎ Displaying product in a pleasing and fashionable manner.
∎ Properly handling retail point of sales software.
∎ Managing and motivating sales team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
∎ Ensure responding to customer complaints & queries and provide feedback to concerned authority.
∎ Providing training and motivating staff for exceptional customer service and care.
∎ Preparing financial report (Daily expense, cash position, card position, petty cash maintain)
∎ Managing inventory and making key decisions.
∎ Ensure safety, security of the outlet.
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise & train up team members to achieve business plan;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Working experience in sales as outlet in charge with branded clothing shop.
∎ Strong leadership, interpersonal, sales & communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in retail point of sale software
∎ Sound knowledge in retail fashion industry
∎ Visual merchandising knowledge
∎ Target oriented
∎ Problem solving, motivation skills
∎ Should have practical computer knowledge on office application
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position

Salary: Negotiable
