Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic sourcing of fresh perishable products to enhance margin and availability
∎ To ensure availability as per business requirements through proper inventory planning and vendor development
∎ Execute and maintain pricing to align with the market for products and ensure targeted profit margin by effective negotiation with suppliers.
∎ Authorizing POs according to the demands of outlets.
∎ Placing new product offers (with analysis) to the Purchasing Committee and monitoring necessary action as per PC decision.
∎ Supplier-wise stock checking to maintain optimum SHD.
∎ Monitoring fast moving, slow / non moving products with GP analysis and report to HOD / unit manager
∎ Analyzing price-change quotations and reporting to HOD / unit manager
∎ Evaluate vendors and ensure supply of products as and when needed
∎ Supervise all operational & administrative activities of concerned team members.
∎ Working closely with other departments to execute a smooth operation
∎ Ensure legal requirement to comply with the product dealing
∎ Taking precautionary measures in ensuring the safety and security of SAP system information
