Job Responsibilities:
∎ Encourage professionalism, productivity, performance, and efficiency of all pharmacy staff.
∎ Preparation of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).
∎ Maintain of inventory pharmaceutical supplies & medicines, check for outdated medicines.
∎ Providing information and advice about drugs, their side effects, correct dosage, and proper storage.
∎ Develop annual budget for operations.
∎ Maintaining ERP Software & Input Medicine details to the Software.
∎ Ensure timely evaluations of pharmacy staff members, including performing annual reviews.
∎ Participate in hiring process for pharmacy positions.
∎ Develops hospital staff's pharmacological knowledge by participating in clinical programs.
∎ Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Keeping records such as pharmacy files, Daily Medicine sales Record Sheet, patient profiles, inventories, and registries of poisons, narcotics or controlled drugs.
∎ Coordinate pharmacy staff training, initial orientation and ongoing pharmacy team member development.
∎ Develop policies, procedures and protocols for pharmacy staff and outlets.
∎ Maintain government regulations and government standard in Pharmacy business.
∎ Ordering and purchasing pharmaceutical supplies, medical supplies, or drugs.
∎ Providing gridline to teammates about maintain and clean equipment, work areas, or shelves Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have practical experience in any reputed hospital.
∎ Has to be very active and willing to work long hours.
∎ Has to be committed towards the company and also the task provided.
∎ Has to be efficient and hard working.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As Per Hospital Policy.
