∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM will add value

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Administration, Factory HR Administration, Organization Development/ Process Improvement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry, Pharmaceuticals

Job Context:
∎ The job location will be in Rajendrapur (Near Cantonment) Gazipur
∎ Must ensure stay with the company for at least 3 years.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to run Factory Administration individually.
∎ Conducting job evaluations of employees.
∎ Create Departmental KPI, Check and make report. .
∎ Able to motivate under-performers.
∎ Award employees on performance to motivate the workforce.
∎ Standardize the disciplinary action process and complete within shortest possible time.
∎ Analyze manpower requisition and recruit qualified persons when justified.
∎ Conduct interviews and follow selection process as per policy.
∎ Reduce employee turnover rate.
∎ Organizing, planning, undertaking, and overseeing company training courses.
∎ Implement company policies and procedures among all employees of the plant
∎ Ensuring that all employee records remain up to date with legal aspects being complied.
∎ Reduce Office Cost thinking innovation ideas.
∎ Work to review / Change processes for the betterment of the employee and management.
∎ Providing advice and or council employee for motivation.
∎ Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR & Administrative systems and practices.
∎ Create an Environment of Continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Advance knowledge in Excel
∎ Creative, possessing a positive attitude, Able to work in a team.
∎ Good understanding of HR & Admin process.
∎ Analytical abilities, able to implement innovative ideas through the database.
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer is a must and able to correspond via e-mail.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Sincere, Honest & Accountable to the job.
∎ Must-Have to stay in factory surroundings.
