Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.
∎ Enhances REL reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
∎ Develop objectives for the call center’s day-to-day activities
∎ Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures
∎ Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.)
∎ Identifying and recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
∎ Taking prompt action for meeting personal/team targets.
∎ Working with the product manager to stay updated on product knowledge, and be informed of any changes in company policies.
∎ Maintain strong relationship and provide adequate timely feedback to the agents
