Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have an IELTS Score certificate.
∎ Proficiency in all aspects of the English language, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
∎ Strong understanding of the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria.
∎ Proficient in writing SOP for abroad student application.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.
∎ Develop and prepare updated lesson plans and standard course syllabus.
∎ Engaging in professional skills development to ensure quality and high standards in teaching and learning.
∎ Stay updated on changes in IELTS testing formats, scoring criteria, and other relevant developments to ensure courses are aligned with current standards.
∎ Regular feedback and one-to-one discussions to assess the needs of students.
∎ Maintain the company's rules and regulations as well as uphold the organization's work culture.
∎ Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the authority.
