Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leading and managing classes with a focus on student satisfaction
∎ Teaching on weekends and evenings
∎ Hosting online classes
∎ Crafting lesson plans and lecture materials
∎ Developing materials for upcoming courses
∎ Designing syllabi aligned with module requirements
∎ Creating, promoting, and managing new batches or courses
∎ Overseeing Speakers Club, Spoken English.
∎ Administering partial and full mock tests
∎ Evaluating student practice and mock test papers
∎ Producing unique study materials for lectures and assessments
∎ Organizing seminars/workshops, both online and offline
∎ Identifying student learning needs and tracking their progress
∎ Responding to queries via in-person, phone, email, and social media; conducting live sessions as needed
