Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality IELTS lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.
∎ Conduct thorough assessments of student progress through regular assignments, mock tests, and constructive feedback.
∎ Provide personalized guidance and support to students to facilitate their improvement in all IELTS skills.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
∎ Foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere consistent with Meiji IELTS Center's values.
∎ Stay current with the latest IELTS test format, requirements, and effective teaching methodologies.
∎ Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to curriculum enhancement in collaboration with the Meiji team in Dhaka & Cumilla.
∎ Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to ensure a seamless and positive learning experience for all students at our Dhaka & Cumilla center.
∎ Proven experience as an IELTS Instructor with a demonstrable history of student success.
∎ A comprehensive understanding of the IELTS test format, scoring system, and effective teaching strategies.
∎ Excellent command of the English language (native or near-native proficiency).A Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).A valid IELTS score is must.
∎ Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
∎ A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
∎ Familiarity with using teaching technologies and online educational resources to enhance learning.
∎ Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of the Meiji IELTS Center team in Dhaka & Cumilla.
