• IELTS score of 7.5 or higher (valid proof required).
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in corporate training delivery, including workshops, group classes, and one-to-one coaching.
• Ability to design structured lesson curricula aligned with learner goals and organizational needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to diverse learners and flexible teaching hours.
• Must be schooled from English Medium schools.

Job Circular: IELTS Instructor / Corporate English & Basic Spoken English Trainer

Job Type: Contractual (Payment based on number of classes)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled English Language Instructor to deliver professional training in IELTS preparation, Corporate English, and Basic Spoken English. The candidate must be confident in designing and conducting structured lessons that meet the needs of individual learners as well as groups of professionals.

Location: Suit 5040, Lift- 5, Shimanto Shambhar, BGB Gate, Round 02, Dhanmondi, Dhaka 1205, Bangladesh

Employment Type:

• Contractual basis – payment will be made based on the number of classes conducted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IELTS preparation classes with focus on listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
• Deliver Corporate English training covering workplace communication, email writing, presentation skills, negotiation, business meetings, and professional etiquette.
• Provide Basic Spoken English sessions for learners aiming to improve fluency and confidence.
• Design and implement structured lesson plans/curriculum for each program (IELTS, Corporate English, Basic Spoken English).
• Customize teaching methods and course materials based on learner profiles (corporate clients, students, or professionals).
• Conduct periodic assessments, mock sessions, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a professional learning environment with engaging, interactive teaching methods.
