Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Registration for IELTS exam and boosting sales for the department.
∎ Manage and oversee various teachers, and administer IELTS classes properly.
∎ Ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization through effective financial management and budgeting.
∎ Make informed decisions by analyzing data, assessing risks, and staying updated on industry trends.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
∎ Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business opportunities to expand our reach and impact.
∎ Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and ethical standards.
∎ Monitor the organization's performance and make necessary adjustments to meet targets.
∎ Represent the organization to the public, media, and industry forums, and ensure effective internal and external communication.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, parents
∎ Provide accurate information regarding IELTS course, Classes, Admission counselling.
