Responsibilities & Context:
Make outgoing cold calls to potential students for admissions
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Provide accurate counselling to students regarding IELTS and study abroad opportunities
Guide students in selecting suitable study destinations and programs (study abroad knowledge is a plus)
Maintain and update student records and data entry
Perform administrative tasks related to admissions and office operations
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
