Responsibilities & Context:
Provide comprehensive counseling to prospective students regarding the IELTS exam structure (Academic/General Training).
Assess students' current English proficiency levels and recommend appropriate training modules or course batches.
Guide students on how achieving their target band scores will impact their university admissions or visa applications.
Drive the entire sales conversion lifecycle: from handling initial inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, website leads) to successful enrollment.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly student recruitment and revenue targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with passive leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective students.
Build and maintain strong, empathetic relationships with students and parents to ensure high satisfaction and referrals.
Assist the marketing team in conducting seminars, webinars, and spot-assessment events to generate new leads.
