Job Context: British American Resource Center (BARC) is a premier IELTS training provider with operations in Uttara and Mirpur. The company has partnered with IDP Education Bangladesh Pvt. We are looking for three CELTA-certified trainers for our top IELTS training programs who can create and deliver IELTS training modules in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

In this position, you will typically be expected to teach at least 30 hours per week, and you are encouraged to prepare and develop study materials.

Candidates must have at least three years of experience teaching adults and be familiar with adult education methodologies. Candidates should possess a strong academic background. He or she should also be familiar with material development.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in high-quality IELTS training sessions.

• Conduct English Language classes.

• Create course materials and study guides in both print and digital formats.

• Help participants improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in individual and group sessions.

• Assign homework and interesting exercises.

• Monitor and evaluate the classwork and homework, and update the progress of students.

• Prepare the syllabus in accordance with the modules.

• Ensure that the classroom stays orderly.
