Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, apply, and get approval for the HVAC drawings, work method statement, MEP-coordination drawing, and project specification from the consultants, contractor, and project manager.
∎ If error, fault or alarm occurs in the middle of chiller operation. Then it must be detected and will be solved by HVAC engineer shortly.
∎ Coordinate installation schedule with contractors, Project Manager and other departments working on the project.
∎ Supervision of HVAC execution as per the design, specifications and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards.
∎ Resolving Issues with coordinating with consultant, contractors, project managers and all related disciplines.
∎ Monitor site activities and make sure all rules and regulations are followed. Making reports on daily progress made at work and ensuring it reaches the superiors.
∎ Documentation of the Conduct Testing inspection process for a variety of tasks.
∎ Installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of Building Air-conditioning units, VRF AC, Chiller, FCU.
∎ Carry out Air pressure balancing work of HVAC system.
∎ Carry out & supervise preventive maintenance check list and schedule of HVAC machineries & maintain log book.
∎ Service & maintenance of Chiller & Air Conditioner
∎ Service, Installation & commissioning of split typed AC.
∎ Installation of gate valve, globe valve and, FCU connection, Union, MS related all fittings set-up knowledge.
∎ Troubleshooting knowledge of Chilled water, condensing water, cooling tower fan-motor.
∎ Any other task Assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have experience in HVAC System.
∎ The ideal candidate should well be conversant with reading, understanding drawings and coordinating with other disciplines, agencies and foreign consultants.
∎ Excellent Communication and Presentation skill.
∎ Should be experienced in AutoCAD and MS office.
