Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing Hub workforces in driving shift with efficiency and productivity.
∎ Implementing new process and maintaining existing process for smooth operations.
∎ Ensuring inbound and reverse packages timely.
∎ Maintaining hub parcel Inventory, delivery success rate, delivery conversion rate.
∎ Ensuring hub compliance at all aspects.
∎ Connect with concerned stake holders for all the hub administrative issues and further resolutions.
∎ Keeping other activities aligned according to supervisor.
∎ Ensuring regular pickup, connect with merchant for regular pickup, regular return closing.
∎ Ensuring same day 100% cash deposit and reconciliation.
∎ Ensuring maximum rider attendance in Hub.
