Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical Skill, Commissioning, Controlling, Quality control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fuel/Petroleum

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compliance with all national and local regulations and BGFCL procedures.
∎ Manage the implementation and maintenance of all HSE programs and ISO 14001 compliance at the site.
∎ Interact with outside regulatory agencies for permitting and compliance purposes.
∎ Effectively implement and demonstrate the vision and values to continuously improve environmental and safety performance at the site.
∎ Identify all applicable environmental regulations and their impacts on the site, and provide training to affected site personnel when warranted.
∎ Implement programs with operations, maintenance and site contractors to ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations.
∎ Lead change associated with improving environmental performance under local or national regulations.
∎ Identify all applicable safety and health regulations and their impacts on the site, and provide training to affected site personnel when warranted and implement programs to ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations.
∎ Lead change associated with improving safety and health performance under safety and health regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled experience in oil/gas refining workload, the process pipeline installation, the plant foundation.
∎ Ability to communicate fluently in English.
∎ Ability to write English letters/email smoothly.
∎ IELTS 6/TOEFL 85 will be preferred.
∎ Ability to use Microsoft WORD\EXCEL\PPT smoothly.
