Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management
∎ Skills Required: Communication in English, Mangement, Organizational Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and continuously enhance Housekeeping Curriculum
∎ Prepare trainee for Employment Essentials
∎ Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed.
∎ Have to work on cost reduction of cleaning Materials and tools
∎ Overseeing the of housekeeping staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance
∎ Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department
∎ Collaborating with other managers to develop department budgets and plans for growth or change within their organization
∎ Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies
∎ Regular visit to the operation site and ensuring the quality of the work.
∎ Train and guide trainees in Housekeeping Skills, Theory and Practical.
∎ Provide on the job training.
∎ Ensuring that staff members comply with safety regulations, such as wearing appropriate footwear or using ladders or lifts when needed.
∎ Have to submit regular report about the progress of the scheduled work.
∎ Consulting with the facility's medical staff to ensure that infection control procedures are being followed.
∎ Creating schedules for cleaning personnel, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines for completion.
∎ Managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining records of supplies used.
∎ Notifying the facilities coordinator about any safety issues or concerns.
∎ Reviewing employee work performance to ensure that it meets standards of quality and efficiency.
∎ Conducting regular inspections of work areas to ensure that they are clean and safe.
∎ Coordinating with facility managers to ensure that housekeeping staff have access to supplies and equipment they need to do their jobs efficiently.
∎ Have to have experience of using of Chemicals and Electronic Machines for cleaning purpose.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in Facility Management, Hotel/Hospital/Airport in outside Bangladesh will get first preference.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and get them done in a timely manner.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 73000 - 88000 (Monthly)
∎ 2500-3000 Saudi Riyal
