Job Responsibilities:
∎ BAIUST solicits applications for a full time Hostel Superintendent (Female) in the Students' Hostel. The job description of the Hostel Superintendent (Female) are:
∎ Working under the direct supervision of the Hostel Committee.
∎ Ensuring that students and staff comply with hostel rules and regulations.
∎ Supervising the catering system and ensuring compliance of agreement with the contractor.
∎ Ensuring proper documentation and secretarial works related to hostel administration.
∎ Supervising the hostel staff.
∎ Supervising security and safety (fire detection, alarm, sprinkler, extinguishers).
∎ Allocating rooms/beddings and other resource to occupants and ensuring that all hostel equipment is maintained in a good condition.
∎ Control, supervise and monitor students' entry, exit/leave, etc.
∎ Any other related responsibilities as assigned by the Hostel Committee and/or University authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Preference will be given to the following areas.
∎ Working experience as Relations Manager / Hostel Super / Hostel Caretaker.
∎ Proficiency in English.
∎ Proficiency in computer operating.

Salary: Negotiable
