• Overall Supervision of Hostel: Take full responsibility for the smooth functioning, discipline, and administration of the school hostel.

• Student Welfare and Safety: Ensure the safety, well-being, and personal hygiene of all hostel residents, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

• Maintain Discipline: Enforce hostel rules and regulations strictly and maintain a healthy, respectful, and disciplined environment.

• Daily Routine Monitoring: Oversee students’ daily schedules, including wake-up, study hours, meal times, prayer, recreation, and bedtime.

• Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date records of student attendance, health, visitor logs, disciplinary actions, and hostel inventories.

• Health and Cleanliness: Ensure regular health check-ups, cleanliness of the hostel premises, and prompt medical attention for sick students.

• Emergency Handling: Be available for any emergencies (day or night) and take appropriate action in consultation with school management.

• Class Teaching Responsibilities: Take regular academic classes as assigned by the school administration, maintaining teaching quality and punctuality.
