1. Create a safe, happy, and welcoming classroom environment where children feel loved, respected, and confident.

2. Planning and conducting play-based learning activities such as games, songs, dance, storytelling, and art.

3. Encourage children to learn through fun, movement, and creativity without pressure or fear.

4. Help children develop basic social skills like sharing, teamwork, kindness, and communication.

5. Ensure no bullying, scolding, or emotional pressure is used in the classroom at any time.

6. Observe children’s behavior and learning progress and report gently to the Chief Instructor when needed.

7. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the classroom and play areas.

8. Provide emotional support and comfort to children who feel shy, upset, or anxious.

9. Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent meetings when required.

10. Follow all school policies and child protection guidelines to ensure student safety and well-being.

11. Prepare teaching materials, decorations, and learning aids to make lessons more engaging.
