Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related management field.
∎ Master's in Public Heath or Hospital Management is preferred but not required
∎ Candidates with MBBS in addition to Masters will be strongly preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospital management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as overall in charge of small hospital/clinic.
∎ Prepare update Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Activity Plan.
∎ Perform activity monitoring and reports to corporate office.
∎ Arrange Monthly and Quarterly staff meeting.
∎ Review the responsibilities with concern staff as per update plan.
∎ Monitor the coordinator, Project Supervisor activities in the field and ensure necessary technical assistance/support accordingly.
∎ Prepare all project reports on time, oversee project implementation.
∎ Ensure field and hospital management activities.
∎ Maintain Lateral relationship with the other managers of the organization as well as other PMs, maintain close coordination with SSI office. External relationship includes DC, CS, UNO, UP chairman, CBOs, Community leaders, etc. Also maintain relationship with local ADAB, NGO forum officials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate MUST be willing to reside in either Rangpur or Sayedpur (depending on posting).
∎ At least 5 year(s) experience as in-charge of any clinic or hospital in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidates who are hailing from Rangpur, Sayedpur or neighboring areas will be given strong preference.
∎ 5+ years of related work experience is required.
∎ Strong computer skills in basic programs such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required. Preference will be given to candidates who are also able to do minor website editing and graphic design.
∎ Strong communication skill (written & spoken) in both English & Bengali. Strong English communication is crucial for this post, candidates will be tested for both English reading and writing comprehension during interview.
∎ Must be structured person with strong analytical skills
∎ Problem-solver, comfortable working with upper management
