Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls, providing empathetic and non-judgmental support to individuals in crisis.
∎ Engage in active listening, offering comfort, encouragement, and coping strategies.
∎ Assess the level of risk and urgency, determining appropriate interventions and referrals.
∎ Maintain caller confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
∎ Collaborate with mental health professionals for high-risk situations or complex cases.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Work Schedule: Alternating working days provides a balanced work-life schedule. You will work 15 days a month, with each working day from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM, ensuring coverage during critical support periods.
∎ Dinner will be provided by the office on working days, ensuring your well-being during the night shift and making your shifts more convenient.
∎ Access to free courses on a wide range of mental health topics will enhance your knowledge and professional growth, enabling you to expand your expertise in supporting individuals in crisis.
