Job Context:
∎ The role of the Help Desk Operator is to ensure the effective operation of the client`s building Management System providing timely receiving of building service request and dispatching them to concerned individual. He/she should able to understand the requests in English. He/she will work closely with the Building Operations Manager and IBMS Supervisor to deliver continued support of building services, to ensure minimum down time, increased efficiency and end user satisfaction.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time. Shift Duty (7 AM-2 PM, 2 PM-9PM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide all types of services to the Building Operations Manager and IBMS Supervisor
∎ Collecting all Building Service Requests (BSRs) and dispatching to necessary persons (i.e. technician, support staff) to the location in question.
∎ Collecting, calculating and entering data in order to maintain and update building service requests. Data should have the following information: time of receiving BSR, person, location, unit, type of requests, assigned to, time deployed, time returned, time to resolve.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should be able to understand requests in English.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Basic computer skill such MS Office Suite.
∎ Able to work independently
