Job Context:
∎ The role of the BMS Supervisor is to ensure the effective operation of the client`s building Management System providing expert knowledge, guidance and support in its development and to ensure the safe and timely completion of planned and reactive maintenance of the Building Management System. He/she will work closely with the Building Operations Manager, engineers and managers to deliver continued support of building services, to ensure minimum down time, increased efficiency and end user satisfaction
∎ Employment Status: Full-time. Shift Duty (7 AM-2 PM, 2 PM-9PM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and elevator systems.
∎ Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
∎ Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and elevator systems.
∎ Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
∎ Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
∎ Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
∎ Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
∎ Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
∎ Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
∎ Assisting with customers' queries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Able to work independently
