Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, schedules, orders materials, and supervise work on plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, electrical, ventilation and pumping systems.
∎ Inspects buildings for safety hazards, maintenance needs and disability access requirements.
∎ Provides time and materials cost estimates.
∎ Analyzes energy usage and costs and originates changes to reduce consumption.
∎ Assists Supervisors in preparing the Building Maintenance budget and Capital Improvement Plans, administers and monitors the budget including submitting budgetary recommendations and anticipating future budgetary needs
∎ Responsible for various maintenance Safety programs such as respiratory protection, fall safety and confined space.
∎ Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and building maintenance of a five-story commercial building with all building utilities.
∎ Use of IT systems to include CAFM, CAD, and BMS systems to provide, monitor and report data.
∎ Provide technical advice and support for the maintenance of equipment, fabric and utility services for the contract estate.
∎ Ensure a safe working environment and safe system of work is followed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Candidates should have sound knowledge in integrated facility management and Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software.
∎ Experience in HVAC system, transformer, substation, and generator.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Basic computer skill such MS Office Suite, AutoCAD
∎ Able to work independently
