∎ Bachelors level or higher degree in Engineering preferably in EEE/ETE/Civil from a recognized local or international university
∎ Certification in PMP or Prince2 would be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position involves leading a diverse workforce, which comprises project managers, radio planners and engineers, to achieve the following objectives of engineering division:
∎ End to end project management, to ensure smooth site delivery for new anchor customer(s)
∎ Budget & Capex Management for engineering
∎ Planning, Colo & Tenancy Maximization (tenancy improvement through HCP site deployment)
∎ Capacity building, in terms of process and resources for program deliverables
∎ Manage dependencies, risks, and any changes to project scopes and partners, to ensure successful completion of project deliverables
∎ Project delivery & cost performance management, in line with divisional and company goals
Additional Requirements:
∎ 12+ years of experience with minimum 5 years in managing complex, multi-stakeholders, multi-disciplinary projects
∎ At least 3 years of telecommunication project management experience for new site rollout
∎ Multidisciplinary experience in Towerco, will be an added advantage
