Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
∎ Oversee the design and engineering of HVAC and VRF systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
∎ Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in HVAC/VRF and Escalator/Elevator solutions to drive innovation and improvement.
∎ Engage with clients to understand their HVAC/VRF and Escalator/Elevator requirements and provide technical solutions.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed.
∎ Oversee supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and components.
∎ Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
∎ To communicate with Brand principles to obtain better prices and smooth\ supply chain
∎ Recruit, train, and develop the technical and supply chain teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the teams.
∎ Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and provide feedback to team members.
∎ Ensure the quality of HVAC/VRF and Escalator/Elevator installations, maintenance, and services meet company standards and client expectations.
∎ Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures for supply chain operations
