∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Shipping line and transport-related concern authorities for smooth and timely delivery of goods and execution of import & export procedures;
∎ Custom handling, Export/Import clearance & documentation;
∎ Ensure preparing all export & import documents on time.
∎ Ensure preparing and renewal all kinds of Company Certificates from government authorities.
∎ Liaison with Bank, EPB, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents and other organization related to export and import documentation.
∎ Having sound knowledge of Clearing & Forwarding (C&F), Customs Bond rules & regulations, etc.
∎ Preparing L/C Closing statement & report to management.
∎ Ensure managing yearly Customs Audit claims independently.
∎ Must be experienced in Export-Import and Banking.
∎ Mainly look after the entire export and import related to other activities.
∎ Have to make all kinds of commercial documents for shipment
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export/Import as well as payment follow-up.
∎ Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, UCPDC- 600, HS Code, and Inco terms.
∎ Ensure handing over relevant documents to Operations for transportation of goods and materials to and from ports
∎ Responsible for all procurement from various sources in accordance with company policies & requirements
∎ Source potential suppliers on a regular basis, Evaluating Suppliers' qualifications & proposals through comparative study and preparation of Purchase Orders.
∎ Supervising, purchasing, planning, and receiving all activities related to purchasing and distributing the items.
